St. Clair County's Thomas named MCCAA Eastern Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week

St. Clair County Community College sophomore guard Jakylen Thomas (Marion, IN/Marion) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Thomas had 62 points, eight rebounds and four assists in a pair of games last week. Also nominated for the award were Tymus Willams of Macomb CC, Vincent Mayes of Mott CC and last week's winner D'Quarion Cole of Henry Ford College.
