Schoolcraft College men's basketball moves up two spots in NJCAA Division II basketball poll

The Schoolcraft College men's basketball team moves up two spots in number five in the newest NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll. The Ocelots are 7-0 on the season after beating Jackson College and Lake Michigan College last week.  They will return to action on Saturday when they host Lansing Community College in Livonia. 

Mott Community College moved up three spots this week to number six in the poll. The Bears are 9-0 on the season after beating both Mid Michigan College and Grand Rapids Community College last week. They return o the court on Wednesday when they will travel to face Lansing Community College. 

Delta College moved up one spot this week to number seven in the rankings. The Pioneers are 7-0 after beating Lansing Community College last week. They will return to action on Wednesday when the host Jackson College. 

St. Clair County Community College breaks into the top 20 at number 20. The Skippers are 9-1 after beating Kellogg Community College and Sinclair Community College last week. They will be back on the court Friday at Lake Michigan College. 

Macomb Community College dropped out of the top 20 into the other schools receiving votes category last week. The Monarachs are 7-1 after losing Division I Monroe (NY) College and beating then 18th ranked Lackawanna (PA) College last week. They will host St. Clair (ONT) College next Wednesday in their next game. 

Henry Ford College remains in the other schools receiving votes category again this week. Henry Ford College is 6-2 after beating then number six Cuyahoga Community College last week. They will back in action at Niagara (NY) County Community College, who is also in the other schools receiving votes category, on Friday. 

Ancilla College is the final MCCAA school in the other schools receiving votes category this week. The Chargers are 7-2 on the season after beating Olive-Harvey (IL) College and Prairie (IL) State College last week. They will host Indiana Institute of Technology JV on Thursday night for their next game.
