For the second week in a row and fifth time in seven weeks. Jets' McArthur collects another Western Conference Women's Bowler of the Week
Jets sophomore bowler Kathryn McArthur (Pittsford, MI/Pittsford) has racked up nearly every accolade in the MCCAA this year. She has won the Western Conference Bowler of the Year, last week she swept the singles, doubles and all-events categories. This week she won the All-Events title at the NJCAA Region XII Tournament earning here her second straight MCCAA Western Conference Women's Bowler of the Week Award. Kathryn has won the award five of the seven weeks.
She finished second in the singles competition with a 662 series, she shot 600 even in the doubles and won the All-Event title with an eight game total of 1689. Emma O'Donnell of Kellogg Community College was also nominated for the awards.
