Mott's Joey Newton Receives MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week#3 Award

Joey Newton from Mott Community College is the MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week3.

The sophomore from Flint who also plays first base pitched 5.1 scoreless innings with seven strikeouts to earn a victory. At the plate, she also batted .545 with four runs batted in.
