NJCAA Division II Men's Cross Country Championship features three MCCAA teams, four individual runners

The MCCAA will be well represented at the NJCAA Division II men's cross country National Championship in Fort Dodge, IA on Saturday. Three teams and four individual runners will the starting line for the meet which starts at 4:15 PM Eastern Standard Time. 

Grand Rapids Community College, who are ranked eighth in the nation, won all four MCCAA meets and the NJCAA Region XII Championship. The Raiders will be looking to finish in the top ten. Their top runner Joshua Kipkoech should be in the mix for All-American honors, that go to the top 15 finishers. Kipkeoch won all four MCCAA races this year. 

21st ranked Muskegon Community College is also running a full team at the championship. The Jayhawks are lead by Zach Ostoin and Adam Wolff. 

Mott Community College is the third team running in Fort Dodge. The 23rd ranked Bears are lead by Nolan Herr and Peyton Hobson. 

St. Clair County Community College will have two runners at the race. Drew Mays, who finished second in all four MCCAA and should be in the mix for a high finish. Ray Hill will also compete for the Skippers. 

Ancilla College will also have two athletes at the meet. Jonathan Wiggins and Nathan Samuels will represent the Chargers on Saturday.
