Zach Johnson, Montcalm, Earns MCCAA Western Conference Golfer of the Week Honors
Zach Johnson, of Montcalm Community College, is the MCCAA Western Conference Golfer of the Week#2.
The freshman posted a 73.0 stroke average in two events. He was the individual medalist at the Oakland Community College Invitational with a 71 on Sept. 18 and followed that up with a runner-up finish at the Kirtland Community College tournament with a 75 for days later. Montcalm was fourth as a team in both 10-plus school events.
