Macomb Repeats Sweep for MCCAA Eastern Conference Baseball Weekly Awards

Macomb Community College Baseball has swept the MCCAA Eastern Conference Player and Pitcher of the Week5 awards for the second time in a row and third overall this season. Sophomores Hector Jaimes and Brady Krzciok are the pitcher and player of the week, respectively.

Jaimes, a righty from Trenton, Mich., chalked up his first collegiate win after tossing all five innings of a 12-0 win. He had five strikeouts while walking none and he scattered seven hits.

Krzciok posted a .750/.800/1.250 slashline during the team's 3-1 week. He hit a home run and had five runs batted in. He walked three times and scored nine runs. He played first base with a perfect fielding percentage in 17 total chances.
