Heidi Nagel, MCCAA Northern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week, Mid Michigan College

Mid Michigan College's freshman Heidi Nagel (Midland, MI/Bullock Creek) was recently named MCCAA Northern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week, and for good reason. In three appearances, Nagel led her team with a 2-0 record with two complete games and 15 innings pitched. During those innings, she allowed only six runs, all earned, walked just three batters, and struck out an impressive 25 batters. Lilli Goodrich of Muskegon Community College was also nominated for the award.
