Grand Rapids Community College freshman outfielder Aaron Bess (Boyne City, MI/Boyne City) has been named MCCAA Northern Conference Baseball Player of the Week. Bess hit .429 (9 of 21), with three doubles, a home run, ten runs scored, nine RBI and two stolen bases. He posted a .714 slugging percentage for the five games.
