Maddie Morse, MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Player of the Week, Mott CC
Mott Community College sophomore centerfielder Maddie Morse (Linden, MI/Linden) has been awarded MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Player of the Week honors. Morse hit .529 (18 of 34) in eight games. She had two doubles, two triples and three home runs among her 18 hits. She scored 15 runs, stole four bases, walked once, and collected 10 RBI as the Bears went 7-1 last week.Both Elizabth Townsend of Macomb Community College and Lauren Frtiz of Oakland Community College were nominated for the honor.
