The Lansing Community College women's cross country team brought home the NJCAA Division II Women's Cross Country Championship on Saturday. The Stars claimed their 5th Division II championship and seventh overall.

Grand Rapids Community College freshman runner Kaylee Scott (Grandville, MI/Grandville) has been named MCCAA Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Scott finished fourth in the MCCAA Women's Cross Country Champions to help pave the Raiders to a second place finish.
