Grand Rapids' Gower named MCCAA Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Week

Grand Rapids Community College libero Audrey Gower (Diamondale, MI/Holt) has been voted MCCAA Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Week. Gower had 41 digs, including 33 in the MCCAA championship game. She also had 10 assists and an ace as the Raiders claimed the MCCAA Volleyball Championship on Saturday. Bay College's Leah Allan was also nominated.
