Muskegon's setter Murphy claims final Northern Conference Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week

Sophomore Muskegon Community College setter Raegan Murphy (Whitehall, MI/Montague) has been named MCCAA Northern Conference Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week. Raegan had 160 assists, 36 kills, and hit .457 and the Jayhawks went 4-0 to win the NJCAA Great Lakes District B Championship.

Muskegon Community College freshman Libero Kendra Kieft (Whitehall, MI/Whitehall) has been tabbed as the MCCAA Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Week honor. Kieft had 105 digs, nine aces, 20 assists, as the Jayhawks won the NJCAA Great Lakes District B Championship.
MCCAA Eastern Conference Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week honors awarded to Skippers Bohm

St. Clair County Community College's Christina Bohm (St. Clair, MI/St. Clair) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week. Bohm recorded 85 kills in six matches. She had 67 digs, 11 blocks, six aces and two assists.
Cooper of Oakland stellar defensive play nets her MCCAA Eastern Conference Volleyball Player of the Week honors

Oakland Community College outside hitter Izzy Cooper (Commerce Township, MI/Walled Lake Northern) has named MCCAA Eastern Conference Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week. Cooper had 85 digs, seven aces, six assists and was 82 of 89 on serve receive as the Raiders finished runner up in the NJCAA Great Lakes District B Tournament.

For the sixth and final time Lake Michigan College sophomore libero Teagan Gianunnzio has been named MCCAA Western Conference Defensive Player of the Week. Teagan had 67 digs, 17 assists, four aces and was 61 of 64 in serve receive as the Red Hawks went 2-2 at the NJCAA Great Lakes District Championship.

Jackson College freshman Kenadee Tompkins (Brooklyn, MI/Columbia Cenrral) has garnered her second MCCAA Eastern Conference Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week. Tompkins had 53 digs, 67 assists, five kills, four aces and a block as the Jets went 2-0 last week to close out their season.

Grand Rapids Community College libero Audrey Gower (Diamondale, MI/Holt) has been voted MCCAA Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Week. Gower had 41 digs, including 33 in the MCCAA championship game. She also had 10 assists and an ace as the Raiders claimed the MCCAA Volleyball Championship on Saturday.

This week's MCCAA Northern Conference Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week honors go to sophomore middle hitter Allie DeRocher (Alpena, MI/Alpena). DeRocher had 40 digs, nine blocks, 36 assists, 18 kills and an ace in eight sets.
