Oakland's Cooper named MCCAA Eastern Conference Player of the Week.
Oakland Community College freshman outside hitter Izzy Cooper (Commerce Township, MI/Walled Lake Western) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Volleyball Player of the Week. Cooper has 29 kills, ten digs, four service aces and three blocks in two wins last week. She hit .250 in the two wins that helped the Raiders clinch a share of the Eastern Conference Title. Also nominated was Sedonna Coon of Schoolcraft College.
