Muskegon's Robins earns MCCAA Wrestler of the Week honors

Muskegon Community College freshman Rice Robins (Holton, MI/Holton) had been tabbed as the MCCAA Wrestler of the Week. Robins won the 165 pound division at the Jayhawk Open on Sunday. He scored falls in the quarterfinals and finals over wrestlers from Ferris State University and the University of Toledo. In the championship, Robbins scored a 19-2 technicalfall over a second University of Toledo wrestler for the championship. Robbins is 20-16 overall and 6-4 in dual meets.
