Jackson's Patton snags MCCAA Eastern Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors

Jackson College sophomore forward Jada Patton (Jackson, MI/Jackson) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Patton had a pair of doubles-doubles last week as the Jets went 2-0 last week. She had 47 points, 25 rebounds, three blocks, three assists and two steals. Also nominated for the were, Eve Parrish of Schoolcraft College Amy Jackson of Macomb CC and Keairra Jennings of Wayne County Community College District were also up for the award.
