Long of Kalamazoo Valley earns MCCAA Western Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for second straight week

Freshman point guard Abigail Long (Portage, MI/Central) of Kalamazoo Valley Community College has been named MCCAA Western Conference women's basketball player of the week for the second week in a row. Long had 57 points, 23 rebounds, nine assists and four steals in two games last week. Other nominees were Kaycee Shannon of Jackson College and Alexys Carlstrom of Mid Michigan College.
