Edwards of Macomb earns MCCAA Eastern Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week honors

Macomb Community College sophomore guard/forward DeBraya Edwards (Detroit, MI/Roseville) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week. Edwards had 37 points, 25 rebounds, 11 assists and 10 steals in two games for the Monarchs. She had 16 points and 16 rebounds against Schoolcraft College. Xeriya Tartt of Mott Community College was also nominated for the award.
