Delta's Fryzel tabbed as MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week

Delta College sophomore pitcher Lakin Fryzel (Standish, MI/Standish Sterling) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week. Fryzel went 1-1 in two appearances hurling 20.2 innings, allowing 15 hits, seven runs, four earned, walking seven and striking out 34 batters. Jackie Seyfarth of Macomb Community College, Kiersten Metz of Schoolcraft College and Claudia Feldpausch of Oakland Community College were also nominated.
