Jackson's Breslin awarded MCCAA Western Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week

Freshman pitcher Emily Breslin (Stockbridge, MI/Stockbridge) of Jackson College has been named MCCAA Western Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week. Bresling went 2-0 throwing two complete games scattering eight hits over 14 innings while striking out ten and allowing no runs.
MCCAA Western Conference Softball Player of the Week honors go to Jets' Barton

Sophomore shortstop Brooklyn Barton (Monroe, MI/St. Mary's Catholic Centra) has been selected as the MCCAA Western Conference Softball Player of the Week. Barton hit .231 (3 of 13) with two runs scored, two RBI and a walk.
Oakland's Meyer earns second straight MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week

Oakland Community College freshman pitcher Emily Meyer (Davison, MI/Davison) has been tabbed as MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for the second straight week. Meyer appeared in three games going 1-0, tossing 13.1 innings, scattering 13 hits, allowing six runs, four runs, walking one and striking out two.
Oakland's Michael claims MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Player of the Week honors

Oakland Community College freshman infielder Sammy Michael (Newport, MI/Monroe St. Mary's Catholic Central) has been selected as the MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Player of the Week. Michael hit .545 (6 of 11) with one double, one home run, seven RBI and five runs.
Muskegon CC claims third MCCAA Softball title with 5-4 win over Oakland CC

Hayden Ruel's RBI double in the bottom of the sixth broke a 4-4 tie to propel Muskegon Community College to a 5-4 in the MCCAA Championship game. This is the Jayhawks third MCCAA softball championship. last year they were co-champions as there was no title game due to COVID.
Macomb's Sierzenga wins MCCAA Eastern Conference Pitcher of the Week award

Macomb Community College freshman pitcher Carly Sierzenga (Macomb, MI/Dakota) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week. Sierzenga logged 30.2 innings in seven games, going 5-1 with three complete games, allowing 30 hits, 15 runs, 11 earned, nine walks and striking out 39 batters.

Dykstra hit .667 (12 of 18) for the week, with four doubles, seven runs scored, 13 RBI, three walks and a stolen base in seven games.
Delta's Fryzel tabbed as MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week

Delta College sophomore pitcher Lakin Fryzel (Standish, MI/Standish Sterling) has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week. Fryzel went 1-1 in two appearances hurling 20.2 innings, allowing 15 hits, seven runs, four earned, walking seven and striking out 34 batters.

Cougars' Fee named MCCAA Western Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week

Kalamazoo Valley Community College sophomore pitcher Olivia Fee (Mattawan, MI/Mattawan) has earned the MCCAA Western Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week. Fee was 2-1 in four appearances, pitching 21 and a third innings, allowing 18 hits, seven runs, five earned, w walks and 24 strikeouts.
