Lansing CC finishes third, nets two All-Americans at NJCAA Division II Cross Country Nationals

The Lansing Community College men's cross country team finished third at the NJCAA Division II Men's Cross Country Nationals on Saturday in Tallahassee, FL. The Stars placed five runners in the top 30 spots, including Kobe Blanco at 13 and Michael Dennis at 15. Blanco and Dennis earned NJCAA Honorable Mention All-American honors. Muskegon Community College's Kyler Dean was the only other MCCAA runner in the top 30 as the finished 19th for the Jayhawks.

St. Clair County Community College finished 10th in the race. The Skippers top runner was Travis Katz, who finished 47th, while Ethan McCombs finished 58th. Grand Rapids Community College finished 12th and were paced by Coleman Clark in 34th place and Mason Kohloff 37th. 

Rounding out the MCCAA teams in the standings was Southwestern Michigan College. The Roadrunners finished 16th, with Ethan Saylor finishing 70th and Micah Ordway was 79th. 

Mott Community College had the only other runner in the top 50 as Parker Ausitn finished 46th.
