Grand Rapids' Martinez-Ramos named MCCAA Male Runner of the Week
Grand Rapids Community College freshman Christian Martinez-Ramos (Kentwood, MI/Wyoming Kelloggsville) has been named MCCAA Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Martinez-Ramos finished 25th at the Lansing CC Invitational on Friday. He finished the 8 kilometer race in a time of 27:31.8 to help the Raiders win the meet. His was the third Raider across the finish line in a personal best time that was 40 second faster than his previous personal best time. Nolan Herr of Mott CC was also nominated.
