Ancilla College men's soccer ranked ninth for second straight week in Division II poll
The Ancilla College men's soccer team is ranked ninth in the NJCAA Division II men's soccer poll for the second straight week. The Chargers are 8-1-0 overall and 2-1-0 in the MCCAA. They went 3-0-0 last week beating Fairhaven Baptist College and Lakeland Community College, who were ranked 18th, twice. They return to the pitched on Wednesday when they play Lake Michigan College.
Schoolcraft College breaks into the top 20 this week at number 19. The Ocelots are 3-0-2 overall and 2-0-1 in the MCCAA. They beat Jackson College in their only match last week. Schoolcraft will host Muskegon Community College on Saturday for their next game.
Muskegon Community College is in the other schools receiving votes this week. The Jayhawks are 4-4-3 overall and 4-1-1 in Region XII matches. They tied Northwood University JV and lost to #2 - Prairie State (IL) College last week. They are back in action on Saturday when the travel to Livonia to face #19 - Schoolcraft College.
