Winterlee of Mott earns MCCAA Eastern Conference Golfer of the Week honors.

Freshman Jake Winterlee (Fenton, MI/Ridgeway Academy) of Mott Community College has been named MCCAA Eastern Conference Golfer of the Week. Winterlee won the Muskegon CC Invitational with a 71 one as he helped the Bears finish third in the tournament. He also shot on 88 on Monday on the tough Egypt Valley Ridge Course. The Bears finished fourth in that tournament. Kirtland CC's Preston Squires was also nominated for the award.
