Norse's Nelson tabbed as final MCCAA Northern Conference Player of the Week

Bay College sophomore forward Justin Nelson (Iron River, MI/West Iron County) has garnered the final MCCAA Nothern Conference Men's Basketball Player or the Week. Nelson scored 34 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks as the Norse finished as runners up in the NJCAA Great Lakes District A Championship.
Ellisson of Mott's MVP tournament performance propels him to MCCAA Eastern Conference Player of the week honors.

Mehki Ellison (Flint, MI/Carman-Ainsworth) freshman guard from Mott Community College has selected as the MCCAA Eastern Conference Player if the Week honors. In three games, Ellison had 66 points, 11 assists, 10 rebounds, eight steals and two blocks in three games as the Bears won the NJCAA Great Lakes District A men's basketball Championship.
Bush goes back-to-back as MCCAA Western Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Lansing Community College sophomore guard Connor Bush (Belleville, MI/Belleville) has been tabbed as the MCCAA Western Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the second straight week. Bush, who also was the NJCAA Division II Player of the Week, had 45 points, 14 rebounds, two blocks and one steal.
St. Clair County's Thomas named MCCAA Eastern Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week
