Jackson College's Damey selected as MCCAA Western Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Jackson College freshman guard Gabe Damey (Ypsilanti, MI/Lincoln) has been named MCCAA Western Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Damey had 33 points, 27 rebounds, 22 assists, three steals and one block as the Jets went 2-0 last week. Other players nominated for the award were Sean Cobb of Lansing Community College, Andrew Moore of Grand Rapids Community College and Devin Marshall of Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
