Lansing’s Lay earns MCCAA Western Conference Baseball Player of the Week
Sophomore utility player Hunter Lay (Chelsea, MI/Chelsea) of Lansing Community College has been tabbed as the MCCAA Western Conference Baseball Player of the Week. Lay hit .700 with 14 hits, 12 runs, six doubles, three home runs, four walks, two stolen bases and 11 RBI in six contests. Lay had a 1.450 slugging percentage and a .720 OBP. Kellogg's Aidan Arborgast was also nominated for the award.
