Grand Woods Park occupies 128 acres on the Grand River. The intentions of this park space are to keep it a family-oriented facility. Park amenities include a picnic shelter (seats 80), pavilion (seats 100), playground equipment, fishing pond, nature trail, softball field, one grass volleyball court, frisbee golf course, radio-controlled race car track, restrooms and drinking water. Park closes at dusk. 4500 Willow Hwy., Delta Township, on Willow Hwy. 1/2 mile east of Elmwood Road.
Lansing is the capital of the U.S. state of Michigan. It is mostly in Ingham County, although portions of the city extend west into Eaton County and north into Clinton County. The 2010 Census placed the city's population at 114,297, making it the fifth largest city in Michigan. The population of its Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) was 464,036, while the even larger Combined Statistical Area (CSA) population, which includes Shiawassee County, was 534,684. All 12 MCCAA men's cross country teams will meet at Grand Woods Park in Lansing, MI, to crown the MCCAA team and individual champions. This race will also determine the All-MCCAA team. This meet also serves as the NJCAA Region XII Championship meet.
NOTE: DUE TO MCCAA AND REGION 12 COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, NO FANS WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT.
