Grand Rapids CC drops five spots in this week's NJCAA Division II volleyball poll
The Grand Rapids Community College volleyball team fell five spots this week to number 15 in the latest NJCAA Division II women's volleyball poll. The Raiders are 14-6 overall and lead the MCCAA Western Conference with an 8-0 record. They went 5-1 last week with their only loss coming to then number 12 Iowa Central Community College at the Raider Challenge on Sunday. The defeated Jackson College, then number 14 Glen Oaks CC, Henry Ford College, Oakland CC and Macomb CC. They return to action tonight when the travel to face Lansing Community College.
Glen Oaks CC dropped six spots this week after going 0-2 last week. The Vikings are 18-2 overall and 6-2 in the MCCAA Western Conference after losing to Muskegon CC and then number ten Grand Rapids Community College. They look to get back on the winning track when they host Lake Michigan College tonight at 6:30 PM.
