For the third consecutive year, the Delta College women's soccer team fell in the NJCAA Division III women's soccer National Championship match to finish runner ups. The Pioneers finish the the season with a 17-1-1 overall record.

It took 106 minutes but the Delta College women's soccer team advanced to the NJCAA Division III women's soccer semi-finals with a 2-1 double overtime win over Howard (MD) Community College on Thursday. The Pioneers, who are 17-0-0 on the season, fell behind in the first half when Howard's Madalyn Nichols bent a corner kick into the net to give the Dragons a 1-0 lead in the 41st minute.
