Mid Michigan College women's basketball moves up three spots to number 11

The Mid Michigan College women's basketball team moved up three spots to number 11 in the final NJCAA Division II women's basketball poll of 2019. The Lakers are 10-0 on the season after beating Concordia University JV last week. They are off until Saturday, January 4 when the travel to face Muskegon Community College to open the MCCAA Western Conference season. 

Macomb CC also moved up three spots to number 14 in this week's rankings. The Monarchs are 12-0 after beating Lansing Community College last week. They will close out the 2019 portion of their schedule on Thursday when they host Owens Community College. 

Mott Community College remains in the other schools receiving votes category again this week. The Bears are 10-2 on the campaign, after beating then number 16 Edison State Community College and Grand Rapids Community College but feel to Kalamazoo Valley Community College. They will finish their non-conference schedule when they travel to face Lansing Community College tonight.
