Kellogg Secures Back-to-Back Region XII Division II Baseball Championships

JACKSON, Mich. – Late-inning bursts by Kellogg Community College were the theme throughout the week as the 22nd ranked Bruins swept through the Region XII Division II Baseball Tournament to earn back-to-back region titles. With the win, the Bruins will head back to Enid, Okla., for the second time in as many seasons. This year's trip to Enid also marks the Bruins' third World Series berth in five seasons.
Kellogg skipper Eric Laskovy was named Region XII Division II / Great Lakes District Coach of the Year following the championship triumph.
