Grand Rapids remains seventh in NJCAA Division II women's volleyball poll

The Grand Rapids Community College volleyball team is ranked seventh again this week in the NJCAA Division II women's volleyball poll. The Raiders are 19-2 overall and 12-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference. They went 2-0 last week defeating Ancilla College and Kellogg Community College. They have clinched a berth in the NJCAA Distirct E Volleyball Tournament on November 1-3 in Port Huron, MI. They will return to action tonight when they travel to Jackson to face the Jets of Jackson College. 

Muskegon Community College moved up three spots this week to number 14 as they 4-0 on the week. The Jayhawks are 25-9 overall and 11-2 in the MCCAA Western Conference after beating Lake Michigan College, Macomb Community College, Madonna University JV and St. Clair County Community College. They have also clinched a berth in the NJCAA District E Volleyball Tournament. Muskegon returns to action tonight when they face Ancilla College in Plymouth, IN.
