Grand Rapids volleyball climbs to eighth in this week's Division II volleyball poll

The Grand Rapids Community College women's volleyball team moved up two spots to number eight in this week's NJCAA Division II women's volleyball poll. The Raiders 15-2 overall and 8-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference. They went 5-0 last week defeating, Glen Oaks Community College, Lakeland Community College, Sinclair Community College, Oakland Community College and Schoolcraft College. They will return to the court tonight when they travel up to Muskegon, MI to face 17th ranked Muskegon Community College. 

Muskegon Community College moved up three spots to number 17 in this week's rankings. The Jayhawks are 20-8 and 9-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference. They went 6-0 last week, defeating Kalamazoo Valley CC, Lansing CC, Oakland CC, Mott CC, Sinclair CC and Henry Ford College. They will host number eight Grand Rapids Community College tonight in the next match.
