Grand Rapids DeJonge named NJCAA Division II First Team Volleyball All-American

Grand Rapids Community College sophomore middle blocker Kendra DeJonge has been named to the NJCAA Division II Volleyball First Team All-American. DeJonge, who was the MCCAA Western Conference Player of the Year, lead the Raiders 31-8 overall record and a MCCAA and Western Conference title.

The Grand Rapids Community College women's volleyball team is ranked fourth in the first regular season poll. The Raiders, who are 6-1 overall and 3-0 in the MCCAA Conference, were ranked eighth in the pre-season poll. Their only loss this season is to second ranked Parkland College.
