Two Wayne County women's basketball players named to NJCAA WBCA All-Star Roster

De'Ja Henson and Sammiyah Hoskins of Wayne County Community College District have been named to the 50 person NJCAA Women's Basketball Coaches Association All-Star roster for the 2019-2020 season. In normal years, the players would play in an All-Star event, however due to COVID-19 the event was canceled in April. Henson and Hopkins are two of just 12 Division II players named to the roster. 

Hoskins was named a NJCAA Second Team All-American. She was the Player of the Year in the MCCAA Eastern Conference and was named All-Region, All-MCCAA and First Team All-Eastern Conference. Henson was name Second Team All-Eastern Conference this season.
