Schoolcraft College moves up to number three in this week's NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll

The Schoolcraft College men's basketball team moved up one spot this week to number three in the latest NJCAA Division II men's basketball poll. The Ocelots are 17-1 overall and 6-0 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference after defeating Oakland Community College on Monday night. They were 2-0 last week defeating Alpena Community College and St. Clair County Community College. They return to action tonight when they hit the road to face #19 - Mott Community College. 

Ancilla College drops three stops to number 18 this week. They are 12-3 overall and 6-1 in the MCCAA Western Conference after beating Mid Michigan College on Monday. They were 2-1 last week losing to Muskegon Community College before beating Lake Michigan College and Lansing Community College. They are back in action tonight when they host Kellogg Community College. 

Mott Community College dropped one spot to number 19 in this week's poll. The Bears are 16-4 overall and 4-2 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference after beating Macomb Community College on Monday night. They went 1-1 last week, losing to Wayne County CCD before beating Oakland Community College. They hit the hardwood tonight when they host number three Schoolcraft College. 

Muskegon Community College enters the poll in the other schools receiving votes category this week. The Jayhawks are 13-4 overall and 8-0 in the MCCAA Western Conference after defeating Kalamazoo Valley Community College on Monday. They were 3-0 last week beating then #16 - Ancilla College, Kellogg Community College and Grand Rapids Community College. They are back on the court tonight when they host Glen Oaks Community College tonight.
