Kellogg CC baseball ranked eighth in NJCAA Division II baseball pre-season poll
The Kellogg Community College baseball team is ranked 8th in the NJCAA Division II pre-season poll. The Bruins finished last season 40-15 overall and won the MCCAA Western Conference with a 26-2 mark. They won the NJCAA Region XII championship last season and advanced to the NJCAA Divison II National Tournament, where they went 1-2. They open the season on February 28th at number two Louisiana State University-Eunice.
Lansing Community College is ranked 16th in the poll. The Stars had a 36-9 overall record last year and were 27-1 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference. They were the MCCAA runner-up and finished 1-2 in the NJCAA Region XII baseball tournament. They will open the 2020 campaign in Florida on March 8 versus Minnesota State Community & Technical College.
